Yogurt Parfait

Another non-recipe, since it’s as simple as it looks: dollops of yogurt, oats, and berries.

Part of health is perceiving that you are healthy, I think.┬áSo, not only is this indeed healthy for you, it’ll make you feel good about yourself.

“I’m doing right by myself,” and “I’m getting a healthy start to my day” will be two thoughts that hit you as you sit down at your kitchen table or at your desk at work.

And, hey, it’s a lot better then those weird “throw a beaten egg into a coffee mug and microwave for 30 seconds” recipes.
