Like the parfait post from the other day, this is hardly a recipe. It’s really just an excuse for me to show you photos of what I’m eating (and make content for this blog).
But, yep, 375 degree oven, a bunch of cauliflower curds (that’s what they’re called, did you know?), and about 25 minutes of your time.
I sprayed the tops of the curds with oil and sprinkled them with salt, cayenne pepper, and smoked paprika.
Quick and healthy.
