I’m always eating at Ariake, it seems, as this is not my first, nor my second, but my third post about the restaurant.
The tuna tataki is a great appetizer, and it’s under $10.
Tataki is meat or fish that is briefly seared but left rare in the middle.
This particular tataki was served on top of a peanuty dipping sauce, which struck me as odd, and I’m guessing there was probably some miso in there, too. Regardless, it was pretty tasty.
